I Don't Think You're Ready for this Jelly
A lotta new things happened last week. Went back to the gym. I started to eat fruits like green apples, seedless grapes, strawberries, pears and bananas. Am not a fruit lover so this is really new to me. I also eat yogurt now (Faye's favorite snack). And for my brekky & snack, I eat peanut butter & jelly sandwich. Gave up coffee and choco drink in the morning too. Instead, I drink tea.
Burned 300++ calories today on the treadmill. I also tried doing crunches for the first time. After the 25th, I stopped. My tummy ached.
