Gorillapod

While shopping at Tysons Corner, I got a text message from Ogz about this tripod that he saw at Eddie Bauer. It's called Gorillapod. 

It is very light (about 6 ounces) and has these cute and fun octopussy joints. Very easy to use too.

This is perfect for those shots where you want EVERYONE to be included.
