3... 4... 5!!!
When I started jogging last month, my normal routine was to jog for 2 minoots then walk then jog again. This lasts for 30 minoots on the treadmill. But for some reason yesterday, I challenged myself to go for another minute. After the 3-min mark, I thought, "Why not gun for 4?" While running for 4 minutes, I thought, "4 is not a good number to stop" and then just that, I challenged myself to go for the 5-min run.
I was spent and sweat trickled down my face. It was worth it.
I did it again on the 20th minute. I set a new personal record. Am so proud of myself!
