Day Three: Fruits & Veggies
Current weight: 168.2.
That's good news. My weight is dropping sloooowly.
For today, I can eat fruits again and veggies. I had apples and watermelon for brunch. I realized that I'm really not a fan of citrus fruits.
For my snack, I had an apple.
For dinner, I cooked button mushrooms in olive oil with lotsa garlic, a little vinegar and less sodium soy sauce. I didn't enjoy the mushrooms though.
Tomorrow, I need to eat 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk. My friend, Tina, gave me a great idea—I could make a shake out of these two ingredients.
