Day Two: Veggie Day

Checked my weight—169.4 lbs. I lost 1.6 pounds. Not much but it looks promising.

Today is veggie day. I forgot to buy a potato for my brekky today. Instead, I sliced some asparagus and chopped some garlic. I sauteed the veggie and that's my brunch.
For din-dins, Joy bought some salad from Harris Teeter. I grabbed some lettuce, put some EVOO, freshly ground pepper, crushed pepper and apple cider vinegar. After 2 servings, I'm done.

Feeling a slight headache. Need to drink more water.

End of Day 2.
